  • Your donation to the fund is an irrevocable and nonrefundable donation to The Signatry LLC, a disregarded entity that is wholly owned and controlled by The Signatry Charitable Trust (“The Signatry”) (EIN: 82-5070897), which, therefore, has exclusive legal control over the contributed asset.
  • The assets held in the fund are The Signatry’s property, and The Signatry cannot guarantee any specific use of the contribution.
  • If you are not an advisor of the fund, you will not be able to advise The Signatry about the use of your contribution or receive information from The Signatry about it.
  • The Signatry has not provided any goods or services in consideration, in whole or in part, for your donation.
  • Grants from the fund can be used only for the exempt purposes of the organization, as stated in the organization’s user agreement, and not for the benefit of any donor or donor advisor to the fund (except as permitted by law), or for any other purpose conferring impermissible private benefit.

Write the fund name and number (The One Hundred Roses Fund #88355-1) in the memo line on the check and make it payable to “The Signatry.”
