For nearly 700 million people, that isn’t imagination—it’s daily life.

The daily walk means their lives are marked by disease, danger, and, at best, subsistence. Opportunity is little more than a dream.

You can help change that. The solutions to the global water crisis are known; the missing ingredients are collaboration and capital.

That’s why the Clean Water Collective exists. This effort by The Signatry is bringing together nonprofits with a track record of success and generous people who want to end the water crisis in years, not decades.

Your grant recommendation today for the Clean Water Collective fund at The Signatry will help launch this work and make a tangible difference in the lives of people without access to a safe water source.

And, for those who can recommend a grant by November 1, a generous donor has pledged to match grants dollar-for-dollar, up to $200,000, doubling the impact of your generosity. Our goal is to raise $400,000 on November 1. With your help, we can.

  Granting Day is The Signatry’s annual day focused on generosity, when donors come together to recommend grants from donor advised funds to a shared cause. This year, Granting Day is November 1.

• What is the Clean Water Collective?
  The Clean Water Collective is an initiative of The Signatry with a goal of ending the global water crisis faster than is current estimates project. Our vision is that the nonprofits already working in this space can be even more impactful when they work together. We are preparing to launch a pilot project to put this vision into practice.
• Which nonprofits are you partnered with for the Clean Water Collective?
  We have partnered with neverthirst and charity: water for the collective. Both are well-established nonprofits with compatible approaches to providing access to clean water, and both have been working with us to structure the pilot program.
• How does the match work?
  A generous donor has committed up to $200,000 in dollar-for-dollar matching grants for grant recommendations made for Granting Day for the Clean Water Collective fund. This effectively doubles the results of grant recommendations made for Granting Day.
